Videos from today's rehearsal:
Rivendell
Rivendell (+Men)
This was a phrase I taught that focused on movement from the head, making circles with body parts and path of the pelvis, and breathing. The first video is just women. The second is women+men
The six following videos were part of an exercise in which I paired dancers together and each pair had 5 minutes to make a duet. We then performed them for each other and Alexandra filmed.
